    Our client is a leader in sustainable consumer products that operates in many different markets. Through their years of growth, a highly complex ERP landscape had evolved, with siloed and fragmented processes across teams and geographies. This made it difficult to get a single and consistent view of their inventory and supply chain data, which impacted the pace and accuracy of decision making. To achieve their objective of becoming a truly global company with a single central technology stack supported by coordinated operations, the client engaged Alysian’s experienced and professional team to provide strategic advisory on the best path forward.

    What We Did

    Alysian lead the development of a strategic roadmap that would harmonize business processes and technologies across 10 countries, enhancing efficiency.

    We defined a transformation strategy and business case that outlined the expected benefits, addressed potential challenges, detailed a change management plan that would ensure a smooth transition for employees and ensured that all stakeholders were aligned with the transformation goals.

    Leveraging our deep expertise in technology, as well as our vendor-agnostic approach, we performed a robust evaluation of ERP vendors to determine the best outcome for the client. In this case, Microsoft Dynamics 365 was selected to be embedded into our client’s global IT landscape.

    e guided the client through partner selection and contract negotiations to secure favorable commercial terms and conditions to minimize risk and maximize the value of the partnership. This ensured that the implementation of the new ERP system would be cost-effective and aligned with the company's objectives.

    Implementation Roadmap
    We developed a detailed implementation roadmap that outlined a phased approach to deploying Dynamics 365 across the organization. This roadmap considered the unique requirements of each country while ensuring alignment with the global template.

    Program Team Mobilisation
    We established a robust program governance structure to oversee the implementation phase and mobilized a program team including 160 client team members to ensure alignment of the program with company goals and objectives.

    Our Results
